The “Company”, “Ourselves”, “We” and “Us”, refer to K2 Partners Ltd. “Party”, “Parties”, or Us, refer to both Clients and ourselves, or either the Client or ourselves.

All terms refer to the offer, acceptance and consideration of payment necessary to undertake the process of our assistance to the Client in the most appropriate manner, whether by formal meetings of a fixed duration, or any other means, for the express purpose of meeting the Client’s needs in respect of provision of the Company’s stated services/products, in accordance with and subject to, prevailing English Law.

Any use of the above terminology or other words in the singular, plural, capitalisation and/or he/she or they, are taken as interchangeable and therefore as referring to same.

K2 Partners Ltd provide advice to Clients and does so under a formal engagement agreement which include a number of clauses that are not covered by the terms and conditions for using this website.

This website is intended for providing information and not for advising you on your specific circumstances. Therefore without knowing your particular circumstances we cannot be held responsible for any inferred advice given in this website.

We do not accept responsibility or liability for your actions outside a formal engagement agreement with the Company.

We do not accept responsibility or liability for your actions if you do not follow advice given by the Company.

Once engaged, we do not accept responsibility or liability for your actions if you do not make us fully aware of all the relevant facts.

We give all our advice to Clients in writing.
